Testing the revamping of an aluminum aging oven.
The electro-instrumental revamping was performed to adapt the oven to the requirements of the CQI-9 standard.
Moreover, an MES system was installed with which the plant could be qualified as “INDUSTRY 4.0”.
The new qualified AMS2750 instrumentation allows sharing of all the oven process variables with the recording and management system.
The design of the architecture, subject of the revamping (E.g. the material realization of the activity) was done entirely by staff mit.D. Group.
The new system allows the “unequivocal” management of the heat treatment, while controlling each “basket” along the entire path of the oven independently.
When each “basket” leaves the oven, all the data relating to it, are sent to the company SAP system, including the message “VALID TREATMENT” or “FAILED TREATMENT”.
