Electric revamping of a carriage oven with combustion heating for heat treatment.
Electro-instrumental revamping performed to adapt the temperature control and regulation system to CQi-9 / AMS2750-E standards.
To this aim, both software and hardware changes were made. The installation of a new panel was made in which calibratable temperature controllers, workpiece safety instruments were added and the recording system was implemented.
All the installed equipment complies with both the requirements of CQI-9 and AMS2750 standards.
