DAT 3014 – Modbus RTU Analog Converter for RTD, Resistance and Potentiometer Signals

The DAT 3014 is an analog-to-digital converter designed to acquire up to 4 analog input signals and convert them into digital engineering units. Data is transmitted via Modbus RTU/ASCII protocol over RS-485 network, with a version available featuring an RS-232 interface.

The device allows direct connection of RTD sensors, resistances, and potentiometers, offering maximum flexibility in industrial automation and process monitoring applications. Thanks to its 16-bit converter, it ensures high measurement accuracy, long-term stability, and reliable performance even in the presence of temperature variations.

To guarantee plant safety, the DAT 3014 integrates dual Watch-Dog timer systems and provides 2000 Vac isolation between inputs, power supply, and serial line, eliminating ground loop issues and allowing operation even in harsh industrial environments.
